Ok the first thing you need to be aware of is the wyrm..prononced (worm). This is a werewolf gone bad, well its thing called the weaver, this is the thing that turns us Garou into evil wyrms. Now the wyrm is atrracted to your type and my type...Theurge and Philidox. They want us because of our knowledge, Or wellyour power of the spirits and mine for the history of all garou kind. Now the Wyrm is in every shadow....so watch for these monsters. They have long pointey horns so you can see they shadow more easyly. The wyrm is what causes all the distruction to man kind....for example oil spills, the wyrm does that. They can disguise themselves as humans.
So whatch for them.
Now to the types of garou. first off your kind , the seer. You can talk to spirits and your moon is the cresent moon. That is the moon that gives you rage. Your type can sence the wyrm so that helps you. The Philidox, me. Im the keeper of the ways. My rage is the half moon. Im known as keeper of the ways because I know all the history of the Garou race. The Moon Dancer ,thats wolfbites kind. Well she dances to Luna (the moon goddess) When Luna grows pregnant with rage , she gets the moon dancers to sing to her the songs of the past and the battles. The Ahroun (the worrior) Gets rage at the full moon. the ahroun is the vessel of lunas rage, the talons of Gaia's (the mother,the earth) fury.And the last one is the Ragabash, they are the tricksters. They get rage at the new moon. Thr trickster is annoying and the bringer of wisdom.
THE TRIBES
The Black Furies, this is a tribe mostly females.Mine and wolfbites tribe. We or the defenders of wyild (prononced wild) um..sad to say we kill most males. But not all. The Bone gnawers, these are the lowest ranking of the tribes. They have a sweet smell, like honey. but it is no perfum. And they are very good cooks. The Children Of Gaia,This pack is known for leading the kin back to Gaia.The Fianna This tribe has created most of the Garous language and lore.The Get of Fenris is the tribe known for the most violence. The Glass walkers are the ones known for being most stuck up, who think they are better than others.The Red Talons they are the wolves that turn to werewolves, when they have too change into human form they look like cave men. And they do not like human werewolves. The Shadow Lords are creatures of dominance and submission,mastery and servitude. The Silent Striders are th ones who move the most,and travel all over the world and are silent about it. The Silver Fangs are thin in race. They were known to be the first race of Garou. The Star gazers were the ones with the vision of harmony and words of wisdom. The Uktena are one of the two indian tribes, but this is these are the darker indian tribe. The Wendigo is the indian tribe. They consider themselves as the purest but they are the smallest group.
THE NATURAL HABBITS
It is normal to have visions of Garou wolves and dark scarey things. It is just The first sing of your moon. Your eyes change to a lighter color. Your spine pokes out your ribs move to a higher position. You will get a lot of hair places you cant emagine! the Garou will come and take you to a thing called a moot (a meeting). Do you recall all the times teenagers run away at around age 16? Well most of the time they are tooken to a moot. Your kind and my kind will be the ones to lead you into the world.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN TRYING TO GET TO THE OTHER WORLD
Do not go to the other world with out a Garou friend or you can get caught in the umbra. thats the place demons and horrible things come. So if your there alone you could get killed. But your kind and mine can go through alone when we grow wiser and more stronger.
Most of the time The passage to the umbra is a mirrior. You have to beleive in yourself to go through...very hard. So dont go in the first time alone...or the first couple of times. This is all you need to know to go past as a garou. And you and I are known as lost cubs Your parent are more than so likely not your real ones.You are put in your human mother whoam as an egg and is a Garou....So there for your a lost cub.
