that is an odd star configuration indeed. I cant see the stars so clearly because of the light from the highway.
I could not find a meaning for Quel anywhere...Have you been able to find it ?
There are some sites that list quel in conjunction with the times of day, but it doesnt sound right, and I wonder where they got that from.
mae aur sounds like an abbreviated version of a longer saying, I think it had one more word in it....Kind of like how we say morning instead of the full good morning. So perhaps add in the verb "to rise" in some form..
