We all know that there are a variety of ways to shift, but I find that m-shifting is the most popular after p-shifting. Now I have felt what m-shifting is to me, like there is something that is looking out of my eyes that isnt me and sometimes plants thoughts in my mind that goes along with how im thinking, but what do other people experience?
