Okay, so I have this kin friend online who I think very highly of and definitely like.

But he has been hurt before and I only know him online, so he I'm pretty sure he doesn't feel the same way. Anyway, I used to be the most closed off pathetic kin you have ever seen until he came along. He has been showing me how to open up my ffeelings, but before him I really had none. Now, I care for a complete stranger. To the point, last week I just told him the truth about how I feel towards him, bad part is I also told him I didn't expect him to feel the same way, which I don't. He has yet to respond, but I wanted to know if anyone could think of how he may react to all this. I have thought of many possibilities, I just don't want to get caught off guard by anything he coould say that would ruin our friendship.
Any suggestions willl help.

what you can do is for now maybe expect him not to feel that way. When I met Kenja my mate I felt that he would not feel the same as I did. I was wrong. But sometimes you have to expect the worse so then when you do and it does come out that he did not feel the same then your not feeling as bad as if you expected him to feel the same.

I also know how u feel. Too many humans have hurt me,repeativly, that before i asked my mate to be with me, i didnt think that anyone could really feel the same way about me, anywhere. Dont worry, if u 2 are great with eachother, i believe that u will do great together

I just have a very bleak outlook on the world, and everyone seems to prove my pov right, including him.

He is the last hope I have to accept there is some good in the world, if not, the world will see very little of me, except on the web where all kin are.
